As the founding designer, I was hired by Kholas Ventures to collaborate with the CEO and Co-founder of Myko AI on a one-year discovery project. The AI we developed interacts with Salesforce data and other CRMs like HubSpot as an integrated AI Agent, capable of generating reports data and write-back using a chat-based interface.

Myko acted as an intelligent layer inside Slack that let users update other platforms—like Google Calendar/Meet and Salesforce—without leaving the conversation.
You could type something like “Reschedule my meeting with Acme to next Tuesday” or “Log this call to Salesforce,” and Myko would parse the intent, call the right API, and push the update to the external system.
